Since the beginning, Prêt Immo Conseils and employees strictly respect business and individual banking privacy rules pursuant to French legislation enacted in the "Informatique et Libertés" law of 6 January 1978 and amended in 2004 (1755300 v0).

The contact form on our site is provided to collect information and download resources in order to study your financing within the banking and/or insurance system in France or Switzerland. Our site does not record any data online.

For loan applications or credit insurances in France, a very detailed research mandate specifying obligations is also completed and signed jointly in order to obtain your consent in accordance with the requirements of the ACPR (Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution) and the ORIAS (French insurance, banking and finance brokers registry).

For this purpose, the data collected concern your personal, professional and financial situation. Strictly confidential, they may be subject to computer processing and/or secure data transmissions to meet legal or contractual obligations.

The recipients of certain data are :

• Banks and Insurance companies, we signed partnership agreements (list updated on our website),

• Representatives of real estate, financial & legal entities regarding the financing process after seeking your consent (no confidential data will be given-out).

PIC Switzerland Sarl prohibits the sale or rental of your data to third parties for marketing purposes. The use of data is strictly limited to the development of its activity (internal statistics) and visibility (anonymous feedback).

Individual rights

All client information and documents are stored and saved both in paper form (declaration form) as well as electronically (NAS in addition to local hard drives). They must be kept for 10 years in accordance with current legal requirements of the countries where Prêt Immo Conseils activity is carried on.

Our services include the study of your project structure in French or English in the context of the search for financing related to Chf or Euro loan applications, refinancing or loan insurance up to the presentation to the bank (and notary's purchasing agreement if needed). These services are entirely free of charge (no administration or brokerage fees) for loan applications in France as indicated in our detailed research mandate. In Switzerland, our services are subject to the signature of an agreement related to the study of mortgages with contractual invoicing.
